Ark of Next
Designing open civic blueprints so AI, knowledge, and essential systems remain in service to everyone.
Ark of Next develops practical blueprints, proof-of-concept models, and public-interest initiatives that help societies adopt powerful technologies — especially AI — in ways that strengthen freedom, transparency, and shared human flourishing. Its work spans civic systems, education, open knowledge, community resilience, independent media, and other practical social infrastructure that can benefit the wider public.
Mission
Mission
Ark of Next is building public-interest infrastructure for a world increasingly shaped by centralized systems, opaque platforms, and dependent digital habits. Its work aims to restore agency, strengthen public understanding, and make better alternatives easier to adopt — for institutions, communities, and individuals alike.

Access and replication
Stewarded node access now, with replication support as the longer-term direction.
Review access →Built through plain-language direction and short AI-assisted iteration cycles. The runtime, sites, and workflow tools were not commissioned through a conventional software team and long agency timeline.
Why self-hosted and federated matters
The system is designed to run on self-controlled infrastructure rather than centralized dependency. This improves privacy, resilience, portability, and long-term public alignment by keeping intelligence and coordination closer to the people who rely on them.
How it all connectsBuild or join sovereign AI infrastructure
Access to the current live node is application-based, and the larger goal is not to centralize users on one machine, but to help more individuals, small groups, and aligned initiatives run systems of their own.
If you want access to the current system, or want help deploying a similar self-hosted node on your own hardware, you can apply to be considered.
